Autonomous Operation Workflow

  1. Connect your screening and verification providers.
  2. Define the document set and checks required per customer type.
  3. Set the escalation rules — what a reviewer must see personally.
  4. Run it alongside your current process on real cases before switching.
  5. Compare the assembled files against what your team produced manually.
  6. Turn on periodic review so refresh cycles use the same trail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it make the onboarding decision?

No. It assembles the file — identity documents, verification checks, screening results, the discrepancies — and puts it in front of whoever is accountable. In a regulated process the decision has a name attached to it, and that name is not an agent's.

What does it actually save?

The collection and reconciliation. Chasing the missing document, checking that the name on the passport matches the name on the incorporation certificate, noticing that the address differs across two forms. That is most of the elapsed time in onboarding and almost none of the judgement.

How does it handle screening hits?

It presents them with the matching basis and what differs, so a reviewer can dismiss a false positive quickly. It does not clear a hit itself. Screening is exactly where an automated dismissal becomes a regulatory finding.

Is the audit trail sufficient for a regulator?

Every check, source, timestamp and human decision is recorded, and the file can be exported whole. Whether it satisfies your regulator is a question for your compliance function, and we will not tell you it does.

Can it work with our existing screening provider?

Yes. It orchestrates the providers you already use rather than replacing them. Your provider relationships and their data quality stay yours.

What about ongoing monitoring, not just onboarding?

Periodic review works the same way: it reassembles the file, highlights what has changed since last time, and escalates the changes that matter rather than re-presenting the whole file.
