Autonomous Operation Workflow
- Define the account profile narrowly; a wide list produces spam.
- Connect the CRM and the suppression list before anything sends.
- Set conservative volume limits and warm the sending domain.
- Review the first batch of drafts by hand, every one.
- Route replies with intent to a person within the hour.
- Measure replies and meetings, not sends.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a spam machine?
It can be, if you point it at a bought list and tell it to send volume. Used properly it researches a smaller number of accounts properly and writes to them about something real. The difference is entirely in what you ask it to do, and we would rather say that than pretend the tool decides.
How does it personalise beyond inserting a first name?
It reads the account — filings, product changes, hiring, news — and writes to the situation. A mail-merge token is not personalisation and every buyer learned to spot it years ago.
Does it handle replies?
It drafts them and routes anything with buying intent to a human quickly. A prospect who replies and waits two days has told you what your process is worth.
What about compliance with anti-spam law?
It respects suppression lists, honours unsubscribes, and includes what your jurisdiction requires. Whether your basis for contacting someone is lawful is your call and depends on where you and they are.
Will it damage our domain reputation?
It can, if configured badly. Volume limits, warm-up and reply monitoring exist for that reason. A burnt sending domain takes months to recover and outlasts whatever pipeline the campaign generated.
How does it fit with our real SDRs?
It does the research and the first touch; people do the conversation. Where teams get poor results, it is usually because they removed the person from the part that needed one.
