What the day covers
Module 1: Operating procedures and handovers
Shift records and process notes are turned into procedures and handover checklists in Word.
Exercise. Turn process notes and shift records into clear procedures, production summaries and handover checklists.
What you leave with. A reviewed procedure and shift handover template.
Module 2: Procurement and suppliers
Supplier proposals are compared in Excel against agreed criteria, with practice at flagging missing terms instead of filling them in.

What you leave with. A source-backed supplier comparison and correspondence pack.
Module 3: Quality and planning
Deviation, maintenance and inventory exceptions are summarised in Excel for accountable human review.

What this day does not cover
Scope is agreed before the session so the day stays hands-on.
- Building Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents or custom connectors — this is a day on using the assistant, not on developing with it.
- Tenant configuration, licence assignment or admin policy. We work inside whatever your administrators have already enabled.
- Migrating files into SharePoint or OneDrive. Copilot reaches the content your team can already reach, and that scope is a discussion for your IT team, not a training exercise.
