What the day covers
Module 1: Grounded customer replies
Replies are drafted in Gmail from approved articles in Drive, naming the source in the draft.
Exercise. Draft replies using approved knowledge articles and practise escalation when the source does not answer the question.
What you leave with. Response templates with source checks and escalation criteria.
Module 2: Case handovers
Case histories are summarised in Docs into handovers that keep commitments intact.
Exercise. Summarise case histories into a concise handover without losing commitments or unresolved issues.
What you leave with. A case summary and handover template.
Module 3: Service improvement
Feedback is grouped in Sheets into themes, and resolved cases drafted into new articles in Docs.
Exercise. Group anonymised feedback into themes and turn resolved cases into draft knowledge articles.
What you leave with. A service trend brief and reviewed knowledge article.
What this day does not cover
Scope is agreed before the session so the day stays hands-on.
- Apps Script, AppSheet or automation development.
- Workspace administration, Drive permission restructuring or data-loss-prevention configuration.
- Migrating content into Drive. The assistant reaches what your team can already reach.
