What the day covers
Module 1: Account research
Account briefs are assembled in Word from approved sources, separating what is evidenced from what is assumed.
Exercise. Build an account brief from approved sources, distinguish evidence from assumptions and prepare discovery questions.
What you leave with. A referenced account brief and meeting plan.
Module 2: Proposals and campaigns
Proposal outlines and campaign concepts move from Word into PowerPoint, keeping one approved set of claims across both.
Exercise. Turn a customer brief into a proposal outline, campaign concept and audience-specific messages.
What you leave with. A proposal template and campaign brief.
Module 3: Content and follow-up
Follow-ups are drafted in Outlook from your own meeting notes, with brand and factual review before anything is sent.
Exercise. Adapt approved content across channels and draft follow-ups from meeting notes with brand and factual review.
What you leave with. A content pack and follow-up workflow.
What this day does not cover
Scope is agreed before the session so the day stays hands-on.
- Building Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents or custom connectors — this is a day on using the assistant, not on developing with it.
- Tenant configuration, licence assignment or admin policy. We work inside whatever your administrators have already enabled.
- Migrating files into SharePoint or OneDrive. Copilot reaches the content your team can already reach, and that scope is a discussion for your IT team, not a training exercise.
